Things you may not know about the children’s room

Did you know that we have:

Homeschooling kits

lovely homeschooling kits

These kits cover different areas of art: music, architecture, crafts and painting. They were all made possible by a Parent and Child Library Services Grant from the New York State Education Department. These kits are available to anyone with a library card for Monroe County, and let me tell you, they are well worth it! There’s a variety of books, cds and videos in these kits.

There are also additional kits that are available at these libraries: Science (Webster) Math (Greece) Social Studies (Chili). You can place holds on them and they can be sent right here in Parma!

We have purchased a computer through the Homeschooling grant that we are a part of. We will also be getting some educational (and fun) computer games for you to play. This computer will ONLY be available to kids in fifth grade and under. NO ADULTS ALLOWED… unless accompanied by a child.
